Shaping Leadership Culture 

The Little Group

Little Group comprises a diverse selection of companies that all have one thing in common. Whether it be in digital platforms, transport, aviation or property, each company is using innovation and disruption to compete and win.


The diversity across the group, and the rate at which they were expanding produced a unique growth challenge – shaping and sustaining a healthy leadership culture that would support sustainable growth and performance.


We developed and facilitated a culture and leadership program that started with the executive team.  Based on their experience the senior team decided to invest in cascading the flagship leadership program through all leadership levels of the organisation, an experience enjoyed by hundreds of leaders including emerging and high potential future leaders.


As a result of the program, a common language and shared way of leading was cultivated, one that supported sustained high-performance, innovation and change, and a healthy culture of empowerment.
