Justin is a highly experienced leadership development professional with Xtraordinary Leaders.  His purpose is to listen and share personal insights and life changing stories discovered over a lifetime of leading and inspiring others.

His passion for leadership began as a young adult when he was quickly promoted through the leadership ranks within some of Australia’s most iconic companies including Coca-Cola Amatil, Bunnings Warehouse, Coles Supermarkets and Woolworths Limited.  Progressing into senior management roles, a passion for growing and developing other leaders was ignited, quickly becoming the central focus of his professional life as he progressed through senior learning and HR roles, eventually founding his own highly successful leadership development firm.

He has personally taught, coached and advised thousands of leaders from the front line to the senior level in a range of industries, especially within the FMCG and Retail sectors.  He has also designed highly impactful leadership programs for some of the biggest companies in the region including Fletcher Building, Coles Supermarkets, Coca-Cola Amatil, Laminex, Borders and many others.

Justin’s experience is a powerful mix of leading large teams from the front, advising and guiding senior managers on leadership, creating leadership development experiences, and facilitating high impact leadership programs.

Justin has numerous qualifications in education, management and training from Deakin University, RMIT and elsewhere. He also holds accreditations in leadership and personality assessments such as DiSC, TMS and HBDI. Most recently he has developed further in Mindful Leadership, an area of strong professional interest.

In his spare time, Justin is a café turnaround specialist. Justin has opened and operated four cafes in multiple States to bring his passion for service, coffee and food to life. Other interests include travel, hiking and movies.
